Founded in 1980 by Vicente Castellar and Conchín Fenollosa around a small bullring (a "tentadero"); run today by their daughter Eva Castellar, who organises each wedding herself. Open-air civil ceremonies (the venue can officiate them), cocktail under the olive trees, two indoor halls for dinner, an in-house kitchen with local produce and its own livestock, and a bullring with young cows (vaquillas). The site is in Spanish, like the venue's own.
